Qualifications Details for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India/ Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
- Financial Risk Management from GARP, Or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute, Or Two Years as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board Approval.
- A qualified Chartered Accountant
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ other related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.
Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The Bank of Baroda is seeking candidates for the position of Chief Digital Officer and other roles. The age limit for applicants is between 40 and 55 years. This maximum age is applicable to candidates in the General category. However, for Ex-Servicemen, including Commissioned Officers (ECOs/SSCOs) who have served at least 5 years and have been released from military service (or are scheduled to be released within one year of the application deadline), the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years. This relaxation is granted provided that their release was not due to dismissal, misconduct, inefficiency, or physical disability related to military service.
Pay Scale for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
Compensation for the positions will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, previous salary, and market benchmarks. The indicative maximum compensation for the following roles is as follows: Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) can expect between Rs 100.00 lakhs and Rs 200.00 lakhs; Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) can anticipate between Rs 125.00 lakhs and Rs 175.00 lakhs.

Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process (PI/any other selection method) and merely applying / being eligible for the post does not entitle the candidate to be eligible for the selection process.
- The qualifying marks in Interview/selection procedure will be decided by the Bank.
