The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity is seeking to fill several positions including Deputy Registrar, Court Master, Personal Assistant, and Judicial Assistant on deputation or absorption basis. For Deputy Registrar, two positions are available, and applicants must be officers of the Central or State Government or High Court with a law degree and relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria for APTEL Recruitment 2024
Deputy Registrar: Deputation / absorption:Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or Autonomous Bodies or Tribunal or Recognized Universities of Central or State Government, possessing degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent; Holding analogous post on regular basis; or With Five years regular service in the post in level 11 in the pay matrix; or With ten years combined regular service in the post in level 10 and level 11 in the pay matrix; or Holding the post of Additional Registrar or Joint Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a High Court, on regular basis; or With five years regular service as Judicial Officer in a High Court.
Court Master: Deputation/ absorption: public Sector Under or tale orenal or Recognized holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular services in the post in level 6 in the pay matrix or equivalent; i posse oregachelor's degree from a recognized possessing speed in stenography of 100 words per minute (English); and Having knowledge of computers.
Personal Assistant: Officer of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings or Tribunals or Recognized Universities of Central or State Government. holding analogous post on regular basis; or with ten years regular services in the post in level 4 in the pay matrix or equivalent; possessing speed in stenography (English) of 80 words per minute; Having knowledge of computers.
Judicial Assistant: Officer of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings or Tribunals or Recognized Universities of Central or State Government. holding analogous post on regular basis; or with six years regular services in the post in level 5 in the pay matrix or equivalent; or (111) with ten years regular services in the post in level 4 in the pay matrix or equivalent; possessing degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent Having knowledge of computers.

Applications not accompanied by copies of ACRs/APAR and vigilance clearance will not be entertained.
This is an open vacancy circular. The complete applications received by the last date of every month shall be considered for selection in subsequent month for available vacancies. This process will continue till all the vacancies are filled up.
