APPSC Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Junior Specialist Vacancies, Check Eligibility at appsc.gov.in
The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued a recruitment notification for 103 vacancies of Junior Specialist in Allopathy under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification included in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and hold a post-graduate degree in the relevant specialty mentioned in the Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules-2000.
Additionally, candidates should have 3 years of experience after obtaining a post-graduate degree or 5 years of experience after obtaining a post-graduate diploma. The age limit for applicants is below 40 years as of 5th June 2024, with relaxation available for government servants. The selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700 as per the Pay Matrix Level-11. The application fee is ₹2150 for APST candidates and ₹200 for others, payable online, with PwD candidates exempted.
The selection process will consist of Viva-Voce/Interview, and the last date to apply online is 5th June 2024. Candidates must register for One Time Registration (OTR) before filling the online application form, and only single applications will be accepted, with the highest Registration ID application considered. Candidates in government service must also apply directly on the APPSC website and upload necessary documents.

Qualifications Details for APPSC Recruitment 2024
- A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in sub-section (3) of the Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Post-graduate degree in concerned speciality mentioned in Section 'A' or Section 'B' or Section 'D' as the case may be in Schedule-VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules-2000.
- 3 years experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining Post-graduate degree or 5 years experience after obtaining post graduate diploma.

Application Fee for APPSC Recruitment 2024
- Candidates are required to pay fee of 2150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for APST candidate and & 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for other candidate through online mode only.
- PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.
Selection Process for APPSC Recruitment 2024
- The selection will be made through Viva-Voce/Interview only in accordance with the Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules-2000 amendment in October, 2003 vide Notification No. HFW-I/89 (Pt).
- The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of candidate for admission to interview or selection will be final and no correspondence or personal enquiry will be entertained.
APPSC Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Online at appsc.gov.in
- The online application submission link shall be active from 1100 hours on 03.05.2024 till last date of submission ie before 1700 hours on 05.06.2024 on the APPSC website.
- Before filling the Online Application Form for the post advertised, a candidate must mandatorily register for One Time Registration (OTR).
- Those who have already registered in OTR need not register again and they can directly login to fill up online form using the same user ID and password.
- Candidates are required to apply online on www.appsc.gov.in. Detailed instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the APPSC website (www.appsc.gov.in). The applicants are advised to submit only single application, however, if due to any unavoidable situation, he/she submits another/multiple applications, the application with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be accepted by the Commission.
- Therefore, the highest RID application should be complete in all respects. The fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.Applicants in Government Service should also apply directly on the APPSC website. Such applicants have to upload a copy of intimation submitted to their respective Heads of Department or NOC issued by the department.
