MMMUT Recruitment 2024
Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur is a non–affiliating, technological University set up by the Govt. of U.P. vide Act no. 22 of 2013 with necessary infrastructural facilities for campus life, teaching, research and development. The University has Ph.D., M. Tech., M.C.A., M.B.A., M. Sc., B. Tech., B.B.A. and B. Pharm. Programmes.
The University has progressive, forward looking governance committed to provide ample scope for professional development of faculty members and its students. Advt. No. T/I/2021 Dated 07.09.2021 Part A (Regular Faculty) issued by the University is hereby cancelled.
The application fee of T/I/2021 (PART-A) will be reimbursed separately. Fresh Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to following posts.
MMMUT Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- Assistant Professor: B. E. / B. Tech. / B. S. and M. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch AND At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC CARE / AICTE approved list of journals. AND Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor: a. Ph. D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch. AND. Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. AND
- At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC CARE / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co- supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion. OR At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC CARE /AICTE approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion.
MMMUT Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale
- Assistant Professor Pay Scale (As per 7th Pay Commission)- Level- 10, Rs. 57,700 - 1,82,400/- Entry Pay Rs. 57,700/-
- Associate Professor Pay Scale (As per 7th Pay Commission)- Level- 13A1 Rs. 1,31,400 - 2,17,100/- Entry Pay Rs. 1,31,400/-
- Professor Pay Scale (As per 7th Pay Commission)- Level- 14 Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200/- Entry Pay Rs. 1,44,200/-
Application Fees for MMMUT Recruitment 2024
Application fee shall be Rs. 2500/- for General, OBC and EWS candidate and Rs. 1250/- for SC/ST & PwD Candidates.All the fees shall be payable online only.

Selection Process for MMMUT Recruitment 2024

- Addendum/ corrigendum/ notices to this advertisement, if any, shall be published only on the University website (http://www.mmmut.ac.in) and will not be published in the newspapers. Therefore, candidates are advised to visit the University website regularly.
- Candidates selected against the regular posts shall be initially appointed on probation, period of which shall be two years in case of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor, and one year in case of Professor. Probation period is subject to extension if the performance is not satisfactory. However, the University reserves the right to make appointment for limited period on any of such posts.
- Last date to submit online applications is 28/02/2024. Print out of the completed online application form submitted through the prescribed link with proof of prescribed fee deposition and all necessary enclosures/ documents should be sent to the Registrar, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur – 273010 (U.P.) through Registered/ Speed Post only so that it reaches latest by 05.00 p.m. on 11/03/2024.
- Applications received after 11/03/2024, 05:00 p.m. shall not be considered.
