• Senior Manager (Mechanical): Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 9 years executive experience in maintenance / consultancy / projects / construction / fabrication departments in mechanical field in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petro Chemical plants or large engineering firms / construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in a position one level below E4 grade in scale of pay E3 - Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.
• Senior Manager (Marketing): Two years Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Post Diploma in Management (with specialisation or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 9 years executive experience in trading / sales / marketing of products in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Agro field industries of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in a position one level below E4 grade in scale of pay E3 - Rs.60000- 180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.
• Officer (Sales): B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture With 60% Marks.
• Welfare Officer: Degree of a University. Degree or Diploma in Social Science or Llb (With Labour Law as Elective Subject)
• Management Trainee (Chemical): Bachelor‟s Degree in Engineering (in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology), With 60% Marks.
• Management Trainee (Mechanical): Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering With 60% Marks.
• Management Trainee (Electrical): Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), With 60% Marks.
• Management Trainee (Instrumentation): Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), With 60% Marks.
• Management Trainee (Civil) Rs 50000-160000 (E2): Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering With 60% Marks.
• Technician (Process): B.sc. Degree in Chemistry/industrial Chemistry or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/chemical Technology (Including Petrochemical Technology) and 2 Years Experience in the Operation/ Analytical Field / Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&d in a Large Fertilizer/ Chemical/petrochemical Plant.
• Craftsman (Instrumentation); Std X Pass With National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Instrumentation With 2 Years Experience as Craftsman Instrumentation in a Large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or Large Establishments in Engineering Industry.
• Rigger Assistant: Std X Pass With 5 Years Experience in Materials Handling, Rigging Jobs and Other Works Related to Plant / Equipment / Maintenance in a Large Fertiliser / Chemical/ Petrochemical Plants or Large Establishments in Engineering Industry. Should Possess Good Physique and Physical Stamina.

Application fees for FACT Recruitment 2024

(Non-refundable) Rs. 1180/- including GST (excluding bank charges) for Managerial posts listed under Post Codes 1 to 14 and Rs.590/- including GST (excluding bank charges) for Non managerial posts listed under Post Codes 15 to 17. SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Internal candidates (i.e. employees on permanent rolls of the Company who have been absorbed in scale of pay as on the relevant date under Clause 6)/ eligible dependents of deceased employees under Clause 12 supra, are exempted from application fee, subject to furnishing documents towards proof of eligibility for exemption along with the application.

Selection Process for FACT Recruitment 2024

• Based on total marks scored in the Personal Interview. Candidates provisionally short-listed based on the initial screening of applications will be called for Personal Interview to be held at Kochi
• Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Personal Interview will be held at Kochi.
• Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Group Discussion/ Personal Interview will be held at Kochi.
• Based on completed years of relevant experience (maximum of 2 years) and total marks scored in Test (CBT). The test is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi.
• Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and pass in Skill Test. The test (CBT) is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Skill Test will be conducted at Kochi.
• Based on total marks scored in Practical Test. Candidates if required will be short listed based on test(s) / by adopting such other methods or criteria found suitable at the discretion of the Management. The test(s) will be held at Kochi. Please check the official notification for reference.

How to apply for FACT Recruitment 2024

• Applications submitted online through the website of The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd.,Udyogamandal - www.fact.co.in will only be considered. The online application will be open from 17.02.2024 to 10.03.2024.
• Candidates shall visit the web site, read the notification and instructions given, and open the link for filling the Online Application. Detailed instructions given in the link for submitting online applications, shall be followed. All required details should be entered and the required documents, uploaded. Details of Helpline available, for telephonic support if required in the online process, will also be provided therein.
• While applying, the candidates should mention their full name as it appears in the matriculation/ secondary examination certificate. Candidate is required to submit valid identity card (mentioned earlier) with the name exactly as in the examination certificate.
• Application fee shall be remitted through electronic fund transfer, as instructed in the link. Any charges for effecting online payment shall be borne by the candidate. Candidates should retain copy of the e-receipt as they can be asked to produce it for reference.
• SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS candidates should upload scanned copy of their caste/community/disability certificate/Income and Asset Certificate as the case may be, in English, Hindi or Malayalam, at the appropriate place prompted by the system. In case the certificates are not in English, Hindi or Malayalam, a self-certified translation of the same shall also be scanned and uploaded. OBC (NCL) candidates will be required to submit a self-declaration, in addition to the caste/community certificate evidencing OBC(NCL) status. ESM availing relaxation shall upload copy of service book.
• OBC candidates who belong to “CREAMY LAYER” are not entitled for concessions and such candidates have to indicate their category as “Unreserved”.
