Andhra Pradesh State Co-Operative Bank Ltd (APCOB) is hiring Standing Legal Counsel with a deadline of August 27, 2024. Qualifications Details for APCOB Recruitment 2024
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Law and should be enrolled/registered as an Advocate on the rolls of State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh.minimum of 05 years’ active practice as an advocate. (or) minimum of 05 years’ experience of having worked as a law officer in a Government Department or agency, a Bank or other FIs.
- In case of a law firm being the applicant, then the senior most advocate of the firm should have the said qualification.Place of Practice/Office : Within the area of operation of APCOB i.e.,Vijayawada or Guntur.
Preferences for APCOB Recruitment 2024
- Member of State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh. Holding any post of any committee in State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh.Panel Advocates of Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Authority (APHCLSA). Member advocate in A.P. High Court Advocates association.
- Empanelment with others including Central/State Government organizations/FIs/PSBs etc.Length of practice and specialization in the area of laws beneficial to the Bank.Proper and adequate infrastructure for prompt and effective communication Junior advocates/clerks attached is desirable. Working Experience as Standing Counsel in DCCBs, if any.
