Qualifications Details for Andaman and Nicobar Administration Recruitment 2024
- Graduate from a recognized university;
- Recognized diploma/degree in social work/law/Management/Human Rights/Rehabilitation/Education of disabled persons.
- At least 3 years experience in disability sector at Group 'A' level or equivalent post or 5 years' experience at Group 'B' level or equivalent post.
Eligibility Criteria for Andaman and Nicobar Administration Recruitment 2024
- A person shall not be qualified to be appointed as a Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities under sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act unless:
- He/ She has special knowledge or practical experience in respect of matters relating to rehabilitation of persons with disabilities,
- He/She has not attained the age of sixty-five years on the 1st of January of the year in which the last date for receipt of applications, as specified in the advertisement inviting applications for appointment of the Commissioner occurs,
- If He/ She is in service under the Central Government or the Administration, He/ She shall seek retirement from such service before his/her appointment to the post; and
- He/ She possesses the following educational qualifications and experience.
