Aligarh Muslim University is seeking applications for two positions: one Project Associate-II and one Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker for a project titled "Decarbonization and transformation of the electricity generation using Solar-Wind system for economic enhancement of Palamalai Irular Tribes," funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.
The duration of the post is one year, extendable up to three years based on performance. The Project Associate-II position offers a salary of Rs. 41,300 per month, while the Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker position offers Rs. 21,240 per month.
The age limit is 35 years for the Project Associate-II and 50 years for the Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker. Qualifications Details for AMU Recruitment 2024
Project Associate-II:
- First Class Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognised university, and
- 02 years' experience in R & D in Industry or Recognised Academic Institution in Engineering or Technology.
- GATE qualified in Electrical Engineering Discipline.
- Having good knowledge of solar and wind energy conversion systems.
- Having good knowledge of computing software, mainly MATLAB.
- Having SCI/SCOPUS indexed publications.
Scientific Administrative Assistant or Field Worker:
- First Class Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- Having good knowledge of solar and wind energy conversion systems.
Age Limit for AMU Recruitment 2024
AMU is inviting applications for two positions: Project Associate-II and Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker. The Project Associate-II position has an upper age limit of 35 years, while for the Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker position, it is 50 years.
Pay Scale for AMU Recruitment 2024
- Project Associate-Il: Rs. 41,300/- per month
- Scientific Administrative Assistant or Field Worker: Rs. 21,240/- per month
