Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is conducting recruitment for the position of Project Assistant, with one vacancy available. The salary offered for this position is INR 23,200/- per month. The upper age limit for applying for the position is 50 years old.
Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for the temporary post of "Project Assistant" for a project titled "Development of Silicon Proven IP Cores, Transceiver IC and System Prototype for mmWave Radar Sensing in Healthcare and Security Applications." This project is a collaboration between Aligarh Muslim University, IIIT Hyderabad, and MNIT Jaipur. The selected candidate may be required to travel to these institutes as part of the project. The eligibility criteria for the Project Assistant position include holding a B.Sc. or B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics and/or Communication.

AMU Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- B.Sc. or B.E. or B.Tech degrees in Electronics and/or Communication
- Selected candidate may have the opportunity to enroll in the Ph.D. Program in the Department of Electronics Engineering at Aligarh Muslim University, subject to the university's norms and regulations.

- The salary offered for this position is INR 23,200/- per month including House Rent Allowance (HRA).

- The upper age limit for applying for the said position shall be 50 years old.
Selection Process For AMU Recruitment 2024
- The candidates are also required to produce original documents mentioned in the application form at the time of the interview and joining. Selection/Joining will be canceled in case of any suppression of information/document provided earlier.
- Candidate will be selected based on his/her performance in the interview.
- The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the Department of Electronics Engineering, AMU or may be intimated via email before 2 days of interview.

How To Apply For AMU Recruitment 2024
- The application must arrive before 25 April 2024 (during office hours). Candidate must also send the scanned softcopy of the application form to [email protected] with the subject line "Application of Project Assistant Position-C25"; however, typed signed hardcopy should be mandatorily be received before 25 April 2024 (during office hours).
- The application form is attached with this notification (see pages 3 and 4) which must be typed and signed by the candidates. Self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents, research papers (if any), etc., must also be attached. A softcopy of this form is also available at.
- Mere possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee an invitation to the interview. Candidates may be shortlisted based on merit and need of the Project. The salary of the project staff shall be solely disbursed based on the fund received from MeitY for this Project.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants called for an interview.
- This assignment is purely contractual and may get terminated at any time upon unsatisfactory performance.
- AMU or Chief Investigator can cancel the recruitment for the aforesaid post at any time without providing any clarification/information.
