Qualification for Air India Recruitment 2024
Minimum Education Requirements - 10+2 and (Shall meet DCFI requirements as per DGCA)
Experience required:
- Flying Experience as pe CAR Section 7 Series I Part-V
- 2,000+ hours of flight time
- 1200+ hours of instructional flying
- Experience with aircrafts similar to Air India FTO
- Existing ratings required to perform the duties listed
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Chief Flight Instructor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the flight training program.
- Develop and implement training programs and curricula in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all flight operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to flight instructors, ensuring they maintain ambitious standards of instruction and adhere to company policies.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new flight instructors.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up to date with industry standards and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of flight instructors and cadet pilots, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
