- Responsible to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to various internal stakeholders within the company, with a focus on aviation and other applicable laws / regulations, contracts and risk management.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software and hardware contracts, marketing contracts, sales and distribution contracts, operational contracts, engineering contracts, supplier / vendor contracts, and service agreements.

- Prepare and draft transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Review various agreements, both internally and with the assistance of external lawyers as may be required
