- Responsible for managing the Cargo sales activities and service delivery within a specific region
- Responsible for driving cargo revenue and market share by developing and implementing effective sales strategies within a designated region
Sales Associate
- Manage all aspects of cargo sales and service delivery in the region in line with corporate strategy and targets for a competitive edge in terms of service quality
- Establish cargo services standards across the region in accordance with corporate KPIs and develop workable strategies to achieve and maintain these standards in each port
- Deploy sales resources productively to maximize revenue generation across stations basis demand and flight scheduling
- Liaise closely with all station and corporate stakeholders to ensure proper communication is maintained and focus areas are aligned
- Support operational excellence by using available service performance tools and established KPIs and SLAs
- Build market intelligence on pricing and coordinate with P&RM team
- Supervise ground handling management (directly or indirectly) to ensure problem-free operations
- Actively support the execution of services strategies within the region
- Ensure timely compliance and training of ground staff
