AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Details
- Audiometry Technician: B.Sc. Degree in Speech and Hearing from a recognized Institute/University.
- CSSD Technician: B.Sc. (Microbiology or Medical Technology) with 3 years' experience in CSSD in a 200 bedded Hospital or Staff Nurse (A Grade Registration) with two years’ experience in CSSD in a 200 bedded Hospital or Theatre Assistant Course with four years’ experience in CSSD in a 200 bedded Hospital
- Dialysis Therapy Technician: Degree in Dialysis Technology from a recognized institute or its equivalent or Diploma in Dialysis Technology (2 years course) from a recognized in Haemodialysis in a Hospital in hospital or Medical Institute
- Electrocardiogram Technician (ECG): 10+2 with science. 2 years Diploma of ECG Technician from a recognised university/ institution
- Electroencephalogram Technician (EEG): 10+2 with science. 2 years Diploma of EEG/EMG Technician from a recognised university/ institution.
- Emergency Medical Technician: Degree in Anaesthesia Technology from a recognized Institution/Hospital.
- Endoscopy Technician: B.Sc. (MLT) degree from a recognised University.
- ICU Technician: Degree in Anaesthesia Technology from a recognized Institution/Hospital.
- Manifold Technician (Gas Steward): 10+2 in Science with 7 years’ experience in Medical Gas Pipeline System in a 200 Bedded Govt. Hospital or Trade Certificate or IT Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. with 5 years’ experience in Medical Gas Pipeline System in a 200 Bedded Hospital.
- Medical Lab Technician: 10+2 with science. Diploma in Medical lab Technology.
- Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technician: B.Sc. (Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technologist) B.Sc. (OT Technology / B.Sc (Anaesthesia Technology) from a recognized University / Institute.
- Ophthalmic Technician (Grade – I): B.Sc in Optometry / Ophthalmic Techniques or equivalent from a recognised University / Institution. etc

The upper age limit for applying these posts is 35 years as on 01.01.2024 (Tuesday)
AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024 pay Scale
Selected candidate(s) will receive fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 51684/- only and shall not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, deduction of NPS Subscription, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the government servants, appointed on regular basis. Fixed monthly remuneration shall be given to contractual appointee after statutory deductions as per Govt. of India taxation laws.
Application Fees for AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024
Rs 1000/- (Non-refundable) for General / OBC / EWS category candidates. Bank and payment gateway charges on the above amount will be borne by the applicant No fee for SC, ST & PwBD candidates.
Selection Process for AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024
a. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post in different department/speciality, he/she is required to fill up application form separately and pay separate application fees, as applicable.
b. Based on the information provided by the candidates in the online application form, candidates are provisionally permitted to present themselves in person for appearing in the written / skill test without any scrutiny of eligibility or documents. Documents, to determine eligibility (w.r.t. to essential qualification(s), age, category, experience, wherever applicable, NOC etc.), of only those candidates will be scrutinized by the Institute’s scrutiny committee who qualifies the written / skill test.
c. The Institute reserves the right to ascertain the type of post(s) for which screening/skill test may be conducted. If the number of applications does not exceed 5 times the number of posts, the Institute may at its discretion select the candidates based on interview only.
d. Candidates are required to report for the written / skill test and/or interview at 9.00 AM sharp. After 09.30 AM, the attendance will be closed and no candidate may be entertained.
