• Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic1,68,900-2,20,400) as per 7th CPC and all usual allowances (Plus NPA for candidates possessing medical qualification)
• Additional Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A2 (Basic1,48,200-2,11,400) as per 7th CPC and all usual allowances (Plus NPA for candidates possessing medical qualification)

Selection Procedure for AIIMS Bilaspur Recruitment 2025

• The applications of the candidates which are received within prescribed date and time and who submit the requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee of the Institute. The candidates found eligible after due scrutiny will ONLY be called for personal interview by the Standing Selection Committee (SSC) of the Institute.
• Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria (number of years of service/experience etc.) may not confer the right to be called for the interview and selection.
• The eligibility will be decided based on the duration of experience in the immediate feeder post; experience related to patient care, teaching/training, research; number and quality of publications and publication metrics; administrative experience etc
• In case the numbers of applicants are large, the selection committee of the Institute may devise further criteria (in addition to those given above) and procedure for shortlisting the candidates which may also include holding of written examination if necessary.
• Only the eligible candidates/ shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. However, the same would be provisional subject to fulfillment of all requirements including document verifications failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview.
• Interview letters will be sent by post/ through email and the complete interview schedule will also be made available on the website of the institute in advance.
