The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bibinagar, has released a recruitment notice for various project technical staff positions under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) research project titled "Sankalp: Strengthening Program Implementation and Monitoring to Achieve Single-digit Neonatal Mortality." The project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), is led by Dr. S. Thanigainathan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Neonatology at AIIMS Bibinagar.

Qualification for AIIMS Bibinagar Recruitment 2024

Project Nurse I :

• Two years Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife (ANM) course
• Experience in maternal and neonatal data collection from community

Project Nurse III :

• BSc Nursing
• Experience in maternal and neonatal field

Project research Scientist III (Medical) :

• MBBS + Postgraduate degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with 3 years of experience or MPH / PhD with adequate experience in community level maternal and child health

Project Research Scientist III (Non-Medical) :

• M. Tech/ M.E in Computer Science/ IT with post graduation (from a recognized University) with 3 years’ experience or Ph. D (or)
• B. Tech/ B.E in computer Science/ IT (from a recognized University) with 5 years’ experience

Data Entry Operator :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer application / IT/ Computer Science from a recognised Institution / University.
• A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer

Age Limit for AIIMS Bibinagar Recruitment 2024

• Candidates with higher qualifications also can apply.
• The age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is up to a maximum period of 5 (Five) years and for OBC candidates up to a maximum period of 3 (Three) years.
• Age relaxation of 2 years may be given if the candidate has adequate field experience.
• Duration of the first contract appointment will be for 3 months only.
• Subsequently the contract appointment will be extended for further periods on a 11 monthly based on the performance evaluation by the project investigator.
• The responsibility of seeking an extension is with the employee and should be done at least 15 days before the expiry of the tenure.
• In case, the candidate is not performing well the candidate can be terminated with a notice of one week

Terms and Conditions for AIIMS Bibinagar Recruitment 2024

• This post is a tenure job for a fixed duration under an ICMR funded research project.
• These are not the regular posts under ICMR or AIIMS Bibinagar.
• Based on this experience, the selected candidate cannot claim any permanent employment either from ICMR or from AIIMS Bibinagar.
• Once the project duration is completed, the tenure is automatically over for candidate selected for this project
• Apart from the consolidated mentioned salary per month including HRA and travel claims the candidate is not admissible for any other allowances.
• In case the candidate wishes to resign from the post, he/she should give minimum one-month prior notice for resignation from the post or He/ She has to deposit one month salary in lieu of prior notice
• All other terms and conditions will be regulated by the guidelines as issued by AIIMS Bibinagar / ICMR
• The Principal Investigator has the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained
