AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details

Project Research Scientist-I:

• First Class Post Graduate Degree,including the integrated PG degrees
• Second Class Post Graduate Degree,including the integrated PG degrees with PhD
• For Engineering/IT/CS- First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years.
• Previous experience in handling research projects and field work.
• Three (03) years of work experience in health related research projects.

Project Nurse-III:

• Minimum Second Class or equivalent CGPA four-year Nursing Course
• Three (03) years of work experience in related discipline
• Prior experience in patient care
• Well versed in local languages (Punjabi & Hindi) and English (Oral and written).

Project Technical Support staff - III:

• Three Years Graduate in relevant subject/field + three years experience or PG in relevant subject/field
• For Engineering/IT/CS - First Class Four years Graduate degree+Three Years Experience
• Three (03) years of work experience in related discipline.
• Prior experience in patient care.
• Well versed in local languages (Punjabi & Hindi) and English (Oral and written).

Data Entry Operator:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% aggregate marks.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with knowledge of performing basic statistical analysis.
• Graduate in Computer application/ IT/ Computer Sciences
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with knowledge of performing basic statistical analysis.

AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale

• Project Research Scientist-I: ₹ 56,000/- per month (+ Rs 5040 9% HRA) = Rs 61040/- (1st year), (2nd year) (after complete two year giving 5% of increment in the Rs 2800+5292 (9% HRA) Rs 64,092/-pm (3rd year)
• Project Nurse-III: ₹ 28,000/- per month (+ Rs 2520 9 % HRA)= Rs 30520/- (1st year), (2nd year) (after complete two year giving 5% of increment in the Rs 1400+2646 (9% HRA) Rs 32,046/-pm (3rd year)
• Project Technical Support staff - III: ₹ 28,000/- per month (+ Rs 2520 9 % HRA)= Rs 30520/-(1st year), (2nd year) (after complete two year giving 5% of increment in the Rs 1400+2646 (9% HRA) Rs 32,046/-pm (3rd year)
• Data Entry Operator: 29,200/- per month (Consolidated)

• Reporting time for candidates starts at 09:00 AM on 01 April 2024 and closing time to report for interview is 10:30 AM on 01 April 2024, after which no additional candidates would be entertained for interview
• The above posts are filled-up on purely on temporary basis, co-terminus with the project & the candidate will have No right to claim for permanent Employment under ICMR/AIIMS, Bathinda or continuation of his/her services in any other project.
• No enquiries shall be entertained in this regard after due date
• Post may increase/decrease as per requirement and at the sole discretion of Competent Authority, AIIMS, Bathinda
• Candidate should bring duly filled form, self-attested photocopies, eligibility qualification mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable) and other relevant testimonials at the time of interview.

• Applicants are required to bring the duly filled application form along with the following documents on 01 April 2024 at 09:00 AM.
• Two passport-size photographs
• Self-attested photocopies of relevant documents pertaining to educational qualifications and experiences.
