AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) is recruiting 25 Graduate Engineers (Trainees) with a salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 79,000. Eligible candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech degree in relevant engineering disciplines from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and a valid GATE percentile of 85% or above (80% for SC/ST/OBC). The age limit varies by category: General/EWS (28 years), OBC (31 years), and SC/ST (33 years). Ex-servicemen have an additional age relaxation based on their years of service. The application deadline is September 24, 2024, and applications should be submitted via post, speed post, or courier.
The selection process includes a personal interview for candidates meeting the eligibility criteria and a pre-employment medical examination. Selected candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis, with training followed by a promotion to Assistant Engineer, subject to performance assessments. During the first year, a stipend of Rs. 40,000 is provided, increasing to Rs. 59,000-79,000 per month over four years, depending on experience.
Candidates must submit a demand draft of Rs. 1,500 as the application fee (waived for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen). All shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness check, and SC/ST candidates attending the interview from beyond 80 km may receive travel reimbursement. Qualifications Details for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates with B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Industrial/ Production Engineering.
- Or its equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University with 60% and above along with a valid GATE Percentile of 85% & above (80% & above for SC/ST/OBC) may apply application in the prescribed format as attached.
- On scrutiny of the applications, Management would decide the number of candidates to be called for the interview for filling up vacancies mentioned and to form a panel for future requirements.
Age Limit for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- For candidates under the General or EWS categories, the maximum age should not exceed 28 years.
- For OBC candidates, the age limit is not above 31 years, while for SC/ST candidates, it is not above 33 years.
- For Ex-Servicemen, the upper age limit of 28 years will be relaxed by the number of years served in a regular post in the Army, Navy, or Air Force before retirement, release, or discharge from such a post, plus an additional three years.
Pay Scale for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- Graduate Engineer Trainee – Support Services cadre will be paid a stipend of Rs. 40,000/- during the first year of training.
- Thereafter, will be graded as Assistant Engineer, subject to completion of training and performance assessment/level examination, etc..
- Will be paid an all-inclusive emoluments ranging between Rs. 59,000/- p.m. to Rs. 79,000/- p.m. over a period of four years (excluding training period), depending upon the length of service/experience.
Application Fee for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- The Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) drawn in favour of AI Engineering Services Limited, payable at New Delhi (Not Applicable for SC/ST/ExServicemen).
- Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances even if rejections of application due to ineligible for that applied post.
General Conditions for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on the fixed term Contract basis, subject to their medical fitness prescribed for the post.
- The selected candidates may be posted in any station/ region of the Airline.
- Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Employment Medical examination(s).
- Any additional tests, if required, the additional cost thereof will also have to be borne by the candidate.
- Reservation and concessions/relaxations to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen candidate would be extended as per Government Directives in this regard.
- SC/ST candidates fulfilling the requirements and appearing for Personal Interview residing beyond 80 KMs. from the Test Centre and not employed in any Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertaking.
- Autonomous Bodies will be reimbursed second class to and fro rail/bus fare by the shortest route as per rules, on production of evidence to that effect.
Selection Process for AIESL Recruitment 2024
- Selection procedure involves personal interview of the candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria and Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
- The short listed candidates will be inducted as per vacancies subject to being found FIT in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

- The last date of receipt of application is 17:00 hours on 24th September 2024.
- Candidates who wish to apply are advised to print the Application Format attached below, and send the duly filled self-attested application through Post/ Speed post/ Courier at following address in an envelope that must be super scribed with ‘Application for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee- Support Services’.
- Candidates are also advised to submit their details via the Google Forms link provided in AIESL website.
- Applicants serving in Government/ Semi-Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies /institutions funded by government should apply through proper channel and also submit No- Objection Certificate from their present employer prior to interview.
- Otherwise, candidature will not be considered for the post. Therefore, candidates are required to obtain the same before applying.
- Further, it is mandatory to produce the same NOC at the time of Document Verification.
