The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) has announced a recruitment drive for 10 Consultant positions at its Bangalore headquarters. Eligible retired officials from Central/State Governments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies with relevant experience are invited to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for ADA Recruitment 2024
(a) Officers/ Officials who have retired from Central and its autonomous bodies., PSUs, Govt. R&D Organizations/Armed Forces and possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he/she is applying (as per TOR enclosed).
(b) He/ She should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for in-depth examination of his/her areas of work.
(c) Persons possessing experience of having worked with ADA/DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/ appointment.
(d) No retired government Servant shall be eligible for appointment as a Consultant unless there is a gap of Fifteen (15) days between his / her retirement and appointment as consultant.
Age Limit for ADA Recruitment 2024
The maximum age limit for all categories of retired employees applying will be 63 years as of the closing date of the application. This stipulation ensures that all applicants, regardless of their previous employment category, must not exceed this age limit by the specified date. It aims to standardize the application process and maintain a consistent age criterion across all applicant groups, facilitating a fair and uniform evaluation.
Remuneration for ADA Recruitment 2024

The Aeronautical Development Agency offers a fixed monthly consolidated remuneration to retired employees based on the last pay drawn in their pay level or pay scale at the time of their retirement from government service.

This remuneration remains constant throughout the consultancy period, with no annual increments or percentage increases. Additionally, a fixed monthly conveyance allowance is provided to cover commuting costs between the employee's residence and the workplace, which also remains unchanged for the duration of the consultancy.

Selection Process for ADA Recruitment 2024
Shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed qualifications and eligibility criteria will be required to attend an interview at the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) in Bangalore. No travel allowance (TA) or dearness allowance (DA) will be provided by ADA for this purpose.
