ACTREC (Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer) is conducting recruitment for the position of Project Associate I in Navi Mumbai. The position requires candidates to hold an M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam. Essential experience includes at least 6 months of prior work with Drosophila as a model system. Candidates with an M.Sc. degree of one-year duration will not be considered.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 31,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 + 24% HRA), with an initial duration of six months. The performance of candidates will be monitored, and extension beyond six months may be considered based on work progress.
Interested candidates are invited to attend a walk-in interview on 8th July 2024, at Meeting Room II, 3rd Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. They should bring a recent CV, passport-size photograph, original and photocopies of all educational certificates, work experience documents, and Aadhaar Card as ID proof. The reporting time for the interview is between 1:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Qualification for ACTREC Recruitment 2024
- Essential / Mandatory: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Essential experience: The candidate should have a 6 months' prior experience of working with Drosophila as a model system. M.Sc. degree having duration of one -year course will not be considered.
- Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest; hence result-awaited candidates will not be eligible to apply for the post.
Pay Scale for ACTREC Recruitment 2024
Rs. 31,000/- per month. (Rs. 25,000/-+24% HRA) p.m., Duration: Six months. The work progress of candidates will be monitored and extension after 6 months
