We are one of the Multi-State Scheduled Co-op. Bank having 108 Branches spread across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka State. We invite applications from experienced, qualified and dynamic Officers for various Executive & Managerial post in our various departments such as Legal & Recovery, Treasury, Vigilance, Credit, Chief Risk Officer & Chief Information Security Officer.

Qualification for Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Limited Recruitment 2024

General Manager - Legal & Recovery Department :

• Bachelor's Degree from Govt. recognized University with Minimum 60% marks aggregate in all semesters / years.
• CAIIB (Preferred) Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from Govt. recognized University
• Min. 15 years of experience as Officer / such other position at Legal &/or Recovery Department in handling Legal avenues with any reputed Co-op. Bank / Nationalised / NBFC / any other such relevant Institution.

Dy. Gen. Manager – Treasury Department :

• Bachelor's Degree from Govt. recognized University with Minimum 60% marks aggregate in all semesters / years.
• (AND) JAIIB-II / CAIIB & DTRIM Additional Qualification (Preferred), if any: Certification courses in Treasury Management Certification in Foreign Exchange related courses through IIBF / any other reputed institute
• ExperiMin. 7-10 years experience in handling and supervising Treasury & Clearing operations with reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution

Dy. Gen. Manager / Asst. Gen. Manager – Chief Risk Officer :

• Bachelor's Degree from Govt. recognized University with Minimum 60% marks aggregate in all semesters / years.
• JAIIB-II / CAIIB iii Certification course in Cyber Law / Financial Risk Management (FRM - Level II) (OR) L.LB. / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Certified Financial Analyst / Courses or Diploma in Risk Management from IIBF Experience
• Experince Min. 7-10 years experience in handling and supervising Treasury & Clearing operations with reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution

Asst. Gen. Manager - Chief Information Security Officer :

• Bachelor / Master Engineering Degree or equivalent in any of following discipline: Computer Science Information Technology Electronics & Communication Equivalent courses in Cyber Security Field
• Certification in any of one following course: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
• Experience Min. 5 years of experience in reputed Co-op / Nationalised / NBFC / any other Institution in handling IT related functions at Managerial Level

Asst. Gen. Manager – Vigilance Department :

• Bachelor's Degree from Govt. recognized University with Minimum 60% marks aggregate in all semesters / years.
• Experience Min. 5 years relevant experience in Vigilance Department with reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution.

Manager – Chartered Accountant :

• Bachelor's Degree from Govt. recognized University with Minimum 60% marks aggregate in all semesters / years.
• Qualified CA / CFA / ICWA
• Experience Min. 3 years of experience as Officer / such other position at Zonal / Regional Offices in handling Credit Portfolio with any reputed Co-op. Bank / Nationalised / NBFC / any other such relevant Institution. (Fresher may also apply)
