Qualification for AAVIN Recruitment 2024
Marketing Consultant:
- Qualification: Graduate with a full-time MBA from a recognized institute. Preference for MBA from top 100 NIRF or top 250 QS World rankings.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing in FMCG. Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and strategic thinking. Regional language fluency required. Dairy industry experience is a plus.
Logistics Consultant:
- Qualification: Graduate with a full-time MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics and supply chain management in FMCG. Skills in transport route optimization, parcel solutions, and IT systems coordination. Experience in dairy/cold chain management is advantageous.
Consultant (Digital Transformation):
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT from a recognized institute. M.E./M.Tech. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an ERP Specialist. Expertise in ERP development tools, coding languages, and ERP system management. ERP/CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus.
Financial Management Analyst:
- Qualification: Graduate with MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA from recognized institutions.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial management. Skills in data analysis, budget principles, financial accounting, GST, income tax, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Application Developer:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT from a recognized institute. M.E./M.Tech. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in application development with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring, and frameworks. Skills in software design, backend databases, and mobile app development. Certification is a plus.
Pay Scale for AAVIN Recruitment 2024
- Marketing Consultant: Rs.1,50,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-
- Logistics Consultant: Rs.1,20,000/-
- Consultant (Digital Transformation): Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.2,50,000/-
- Financial Management Analyst: Rs.1,50,000/-
- Application Developer: Rs.1,00,000/-
Age Limit for AAVIN Recruitment 2024
- Maximum Age(Years) (Should not have completed) is 50 to 55 Years. Age should be as of 01.01.2024, and qualifications and experience must meet the criteria as of the date of the notification.
- Candidates are advised to verify that they meet all eligibility requirements and that their information is accurate.
- Any discrepancies or false information detected at any stage of the recruitment process will lead to rejection of the candidature.
- If such issues are found after appointment, services will be terminated without notice.
Application Fee for AAVIN Recruitment 2024

Selection Procedure for AAVIN Recruitment 2024
The selection process will assess candidates based on their knowledge, experience, skills, aptitude, and comprehension, with the following weightage:
- Qualification: 25%
- Experience: 75%
Marks will be awarded as follows:
- Qualification: Based on the percentage of marks scored in the qualification, as shown in the mark list.
- Experience: Based on the number of years of experience beyond the required minimum, with 1 mark awarded for each additional completed year, up to a maximum of 10 marks.
