The Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Department is seeking applications for the position of Research Assistant (RA) to contribute to a Center of Excellence research project focused on optimizing charge transfer and separation in co-doped metal oxide nanomaterials for green hydrogen generation through photoelectrochemical water splitting. The project, sponsored by the Higher Education Department of the Uttar Pradesh Government, offers one position with a consolidated monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
Candidates must hold a completed M.Sc/M.Tech in Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology, Material Science, or a related field with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Desirable qualifications include research experience, expertise in nanomaterial synthesis and characterization, and familiarity with electrocatalysis and water splitting reactions. Qualifications Details for VBSPU Recruitment 2024
- M.Sc/M.Tech (completed) in Chemistry/Physics/Nanotechnology/Material Science or any other relevant discipline with a minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA
- Research experience, experience in synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials, experience in electrocatalysis and water splitting reactions
Age Limit for VBSPU Recruitment 2024
The Research Assistant (RA) position is available for our Center of Excellence research project, sponsored by the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Department. We are looking for one candidate who is not more than 28 years old on the last date of application. However, the upper age limit may be relaxed in accordance with UP government regulations.
Pay Scale for VBSPU Recruitment 2024
The VBSPU is offering a position for Research Assistant (RA) with a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000. There is one position available for interested candidates.
Selection Process for VBSPU Recruitment 2024
The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Mere possessing the prescribed qualifications does not ensure a call for an interview. The candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and the need of the project. Only the shortlisted candidates will be informed via e-mail. Payment of the stipend will depend on the availability of funds from the Sponsoring agency as well as the regulations prescribed and implemented by the VBS Purvanchal University.
