About - University of Hyderabad

The University of Hyderabad, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is a prestigious public central research university. Established in 1974, it boasts a predominantly residential campus with over 5,000 students and 400 faculty members spanning various disciplines.

The governor of Telangana serves as the chief rector, while the President of India acts as the visitor to the university.
