Qualifications Details for University of Jammu Recruitment 2024
- The Ph.D. degree of the candidate has been awarded in regular mode only;
- The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners;
- An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted;
- The candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work out of which at least one is in a referred journal; The candidate has presented at least two papers, based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency
- Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks; and; M.Ed. Degree from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks; or Postgraduate (MA) Degree in Education with minimum 55% marks; and B.Ed./B.EL.Ed. Degree with minimum 55% marks
- Ph.D. Degree in Education with Subject Specializations
- BE/B.Tech & ME/M.Tech. in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech
Age Limit for University of Jammu Recruitment 2024
Guest Faculty, namely Advocates, must not surpass the age of 62, which aligns with the maximum age of retirement for University Faculty Members. Their responsibilities include delivering lectures on various procedural or practical subjects, accompanying students on court or institutional visits, and fulfilling other related duties assigned by the Department or Law School pertaining to the practical aspect of the curriculum.
