What are the tie-breaking rules followed in UKPSC Result 2024?

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is the state agency responsible for conducting the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to various Civil Services in the state of Uttarakhand.
It was constituted under Article 315 of the Constitution of India by the Governor of Uttarakhand through notification no. 247/1 Personnel 2001 dated 14 March 2001. The commission was established on 15 May 2001.
