UIDAI is inviting applications for the role of Consultant in New Delhi, with two positions available. Applicants must have retired from a position equivalent to Executive Engineer or above (pay matrix level 11 or higher) in Central Government, State Government, PSUs, or autonomous/statutory bodies, with at least five years of experience in Executive Engineer (Civil) or equivalent roles.
Alternatively, candidates should have retired from a post equivalent to Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or above (pay matrix level 8 or higher) with similar experience in Assistant Engineer (Electrical) roles. The upper age limit for applicants is 63 years as of the application deadline of 15th July 2024. The engagement will be for an initial period of one year, extendable up to three years or until the age of 65, whichever is earlier, depending on organizational requirements.
The remuneration will be a consolidated amount, with retired officials not drawing a pension receiving Rs. 75,000/- and others receiving Rs. 50,000/-, along with a fixed local conveyance allowance of Rs. 3,000/- per month. Qualifications Details for UIDAI Recruitment 2024

Age Limit for UIDAI Recruitment 2024
UIDAI is seeking applications for the position of Consultant, with a specified upper age limit of 63 years as of the final date of application submission. The engagement period for the role is initially one year, extendable up to three years or until reaching the age of 65 years, whichever occurs earlier, based on operational requirements. Pay Scale for UIDAI Recruitment 2024
- The consultant will be paid a consolidated remuneration restricted to an amount equal to the last pay drawn minus pension in terms of D/o Expenditure’s instructions/ guidelines.
- Retired officials not drawing pension will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000/-.
