Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL) is recruiting for two Assistant Manager (HR) positions at its Corporate Office in New Delhi. Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university, with a degree in IT and an MBA preferred. Qualifications Details for RVNL Recruitment 2024
Graduate from Recognised University Degree in IT and MBA will be preferable
The candidate must possess all the following experience:
- AM/HR: Minimum 5 years working experience, out of which at least 03 years working experience must be in Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed Company, on regular/contract/ temporary/Outsource basis. AND Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time managerial & Payroll Processing.
- Experience of working in E-Office environment.
- Experience of handling HR/Establishment matters including recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, holding DPC, fixation of emoluments, etc.
