The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is recruiting for two positions: Joint General Manager (JGM) and Manager, with the job location being New Delhi. The deadline to apply is June 18, 2024. For the JGM role, candidates must be working on analogous posts or be Group 'A' officers in Pay Level 13/12 of the IRSEE cadre or equivalent positions, with at least nine years of service in Electrical Engineering.
The DGM role requires candidates in analogous posts or Group A/B Gazetted officers in Pay Level 12/11, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and six years of service or a diploma and 15 years' experience. For the Manager position, candidates should be in Pay Levels 10/9/8, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and five years of service, or a diploma with ten years' experience. Assistant Manager candidates need to be in Pay Level 7, with a degree and three years of service, or a diploma and five years of service.
The pay scales range from Level 13 to Level 9. JGM:-Working on analogous posts or Group 'A' officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSEE cadre of Indian Railways or Electrical Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group 'A' service on regular posts in Electrical Engineering cadre of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities/Boards.
DGM: Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular post in Pay Level 12/ Level 11 from Electrical Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. /State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities/Boards, having Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of service in Group 'A/ Group 'B' or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15 years' experience.
Manager or Assistant Manager:
Manager(Electrical): Working on analogous post or Group 'A'/Group 'B* Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Electrical Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Governments/State Govt./PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities/Boards, having Degree in Electrical Engineering with 05 years of service in Group A/Group B, 'OR' Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years' experience.
Assistant Manager (Electrical): Working in Electrical Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on regular post in Pay Level - 7(7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs/PSEs/Statutory Authorities/Boards having Degree in Electrical Engineering with 03 years of service. Working in Electrical Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on regular post in Pay Level-7 (7*h CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs/PSEs/Statutory Authorities/Boards having Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 05 years of service.

- JGM: Pay Level-13 (7th CPC)
- DGM: Pay Level-12 (7th CPC)
- Manager: Pay Level-11 (71th CPC)
- Assistant Manager: Pay Level-9 (7th CPC)
