Rajasthan High Court is inviting applications for the position of Presiding Officer at the National Industrial Tribunal in Mumbai, with a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 2,25,000. The ideal candidate should be a former or current High Court Judge and should not exceed 65 years of age.

Qualifications Details for Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2024
The post can be held by a person who is, or has been, a Judge of a High Court. The pay attached to the post of Presiding Officer of National Industrial Tribunal, is Rs.2,25,000/- (fixed) per month. Other terms and conditions of the appointment of a candidate will as prescribed from time to time by Govemment. No person shall be appointed to, or continue in the office of Presiding Officer of National Tribunal, if he has attained the age of 65 years
Pay Scale for Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2024
The compensation for the position of Presiding Officer at the National Industrial Tribunal is a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 2,25,000. Other terms and conditions of employment will be determined by the Government as per prevailing regulations. This position is under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court.
Selection Process for Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2024
The Search-cum-Section Committee constituted under the Tribunal Reforms Act 2021 for recommending names for appointment to the post of Presiding Officer, shall scrutinise the applications with respect to suitability of applicants for the said posts by giving due weightage to qualification and experience of candidates and shortlist candidates for conducting personal interaction. The final selection will be done on the basis of overall evaluation of candidates done by the Committee based on the qualification, experience and personal interaction.

Applications of eligible and willing officers are requested through Registrar, High Court/ Ministry of Law and Justice and should be accompanied with bio-data in the prescribed proforma, Certificate to be furnished by the employer/ head of office/ forwarding authority, clear photocopies of the up-to-date CR/APAR dossier of the officer containing CRs/APARs of at least last five years duly attested by a Group A officer, cadre clearance, integrity certificate/clearance from vigilance and disciplinary angle , statement giving details of major or minor penalties, if any, imposed on the officer during the last ten years, to the following address, so as to reach this office latest by 5.30 P.M. on 30.06.2024.
