Qualifications Details for OIL Recruitment 2024
- Must have retired from OIL/other PSU/Government/Private Sector at the level of Executive/Gazetted Officer with minimum 30 (thirty) years of working experience out of which minimum 20 (twenty) years should be in Executive/Gazetted Officer Grade with experience of handling liaison /coordination /land related matters.
- The applicant should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized college/university with proficiency in English language. The applicant should be able to work on desktop computers and must have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Candidates fluent in reading and writing Odia language will be given preference.
Age Limit for OIL Recruitment 2024
OIL is seeking applications for the position of Consultant. Applicants must not exceed 63 years of age as of the final date of application submission. The contract period is initially for 6 months and can be extended up to 2 years in increments of 6 months each, subject to the company's requirements.
Pay Scale for OIL Recruitment 2024
The Consultant will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹98,000. Travel, boarding, and lodging during official tours away from the place of posting will be provided according to the entitlement of the last held grade. Additionally, incidentals of ₹250 per day will be provided for the actual days worked for OIL outside the place of posting.
