Qualifications Details for NHAI Recruitment 2024
Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute and 14 years’ experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (prerevised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level10 (Rs.56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which 07 years’ experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition.

- PB-3 [Rs.15600 – 39100] with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- (equivalent to Pay Level 11 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC in CDA Pattern].
- PB-2 (Rs.9300- 34800) with Grade Pay Rs.4800/- (equivalent to Level 8 in Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC in CDA Pattern)
