Age Limit for NFL Recruitment 2024

Each candidate will be placed at the minimum Basic Pay in their respective Pay Scale upon selection. Other allowances and benefits will be provided as per NFL's regulations.
NFL offers competitive pay packages within the fertilizer industry, Candidates selected for positions will enter at the minimum Basic Pay level within the respective Pay Scale. Additionally, they will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance or Company Accommodation (where available), along with other entitlements such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, in accordance with NFL regulations. Medical Officers will receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) equivalent to 20% of Basic Pay. All benefits are subject to NFL's prevailing rules.
Application Fee for NFL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to submit a non-refundable application fee, along with applicable bank charges (if any), through online transfer mode while filling out the online application form.
- The application fee amounts to ₹700/- for various positions listed under Pay Scale Code E-1, including Engineer (Production), Engineer (Mechanical), Engineer (Electrical), Engineer (Instrumentation), Engineer (Civil), Engineer (Fire & Safety), Sr. Chemist (Chemical Lab), and Materials Officer.
- It is emphasized that no other payment mode for the application fee will be entertained. Once paid, the application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Hence, candidates are strongly advised to ensure their eligibility criteria before proceeding with the payment of the application fee. Candidates falling under the categories of SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental are exempted from paying any application fee. Furthermore, it should be noted that NFL does not solicit any additional charges or fees beyond the aforementioned application fee.
Selection Process for NFL Recruitment 2024
- Based on the information in the Application Form and documents uploaded by the candidates’ during online submission of their Application Form, scrutiny of applications would be done and candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview. NFL’s decision regarding eligibility & shortlisting of applications shall be final & binding and no queries or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
- Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with minimum average of 50% marks in interview. NFL reserves the right to conduct interview through physical mode/ video conferencing mode at its various Offices/Units.
