Registration for NEET MDS 2024 is closed today, March 11, according to the National Board of Examinations (NBE). March 9 saw the reopening of the NEET MDS 2024 application. The application form for NEET MDS 2024 can be accessed directly from this page. The dental test will take place on March 18 in a computer-based format, in accordance with the official notification issued by the NBE.

How to fill NEET MDS application form 2024

• Name of Candidate: same as on valid government id proof.
• Date of Birth
• Gender: (Male/Female)
• Nationality: (Indian/Others). In case of others, enter the Country of Nationality and Other Nationality details.
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Captcha

Filling of online NEET MDS application form 2024

After registration, candidates will be required to log in using the user ID and password sent by the authorities to the registered email ID and mobile number. Thereafter, candidates have to click on the ‘Go to Application Form’ button to start entering the below-mentioned details.

Personal Details: Name, category, nationality, mobile number, and email ID will automatically be copied from the registration details. Applicants will have to enter their father’s and mother’s names, category (General/SC/ST/OBC), person with a disability (Yes/No), identification details and communication address.
