The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to unveil the NEET 2024 cutoff marks alongside the qualifying percentile. The NEET cutoff score denotes the minimum mark requisite for candidates to clear the medical entrance test. Last year's NEET cutoff for the general category ranged from 720 to 137, while for SC/ST/OBC categories, it varied from 136 to 107. Similarly, the cutoff for the general-PH category fell between 136 and 121, and for SC/ST/OBC-PH categories, it ranged from 120 to 107. To gauge their admission prospects, candidates can utilize the NEET college predictor tool based on their marks. Anticipated NEET 2024 cutoffs are expected to be disseminated by renowned NEET coaching institutes such as Aakash, Allen Kota, and Sri Chaitanya.

NEET cutoff: Tie-breaking process
Priority will be given to aspirants with higher scores or percentile in Biology (Botany and Zoology) for the NEET merit list.
In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with higher marks or percentile in Chemistry.
If the tie persists, candidates with higher marks in Physics will be prioritized.
In the event of further ties, students with fewer incorrect answers across the entire test will receive a better rank.
If the tie still remains, preference will be given to students with fewer incorrect answers in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, respectively.
NEET cutoff 2024
NTA will officially release the NEET 2024 cutoff percentile for all categories along with the result. In the meantime, aspirants can check the previous year's NEET cutoff score from the table below.
