The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has announced recruitment for Deputy Director and Assistant Director positions, with a total of 3 vacancies available. Applicants must be below 56 years of age as of June 15, 2024, the closing date for applications.
For the Deputy Director role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with MBA or Post-Graduation in relevant fields, along with experience in market borrowing of funds and proficiency in computer usage. For the Assistant Director position, a Bachelor's Degree in Law and enrollment as an Advocate are required, along with experience in legal/financial documentation and litigation matters.
The pay scale for Deputy Director is at Level-11 and for Assistant Director at Level-10 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. Applications must be submitted offline through the prescribed format and forwarded through proper channel to the Director (P&A), NCDC, New Delhi, within 45 days from the date of notification. Incomplete or improperly channeled applications will not be considered.

Qualifications Details for NCDC Recruitment 2024
Deputy Director: Bachelor's degree with MBA/(2-years' full time/ 3-years' part- time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post- Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/Statistics/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.
Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs holding analogous posts or with 5 years' service in posts carrying Level-10 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent with experience in Market Borrowing of funds in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
Assistant Director:
Bachelor's Degree in Laws and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council. Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs/ Recognized Universities/ Cooperative Training Organization/ Cooperative Institute etc. holding analogous posts or with 5 years' service in posts carrying Level 7 or higher of pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent with experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals, preferably in banks/financial institutions and also conversant with use of computer and related software.

Pay Scale for NCDC Recruitment 2024
The Deputy Director position corresponds to Level-11 in the pay matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), while the Assistant Director position corresponds to Level-10 in the pay matrix. The regulation of pay, allowances, and other terms of deputation/immediate absorption basis for selected candidates will adhere to the provisions outlined in the Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No:6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 17th June, 2010, as amended periodically.

- Applications not forwarded through proper channel or those received incomplete or without the requisite certificates and necessary documents will not be entertained. Applicants are required to submit self-attested copies of requisite Educational Qualification Certificates along with Bio-data.
