NALCO, the National Aluminium Company Limited, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chairman-cum-Managing Director in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should hold qualifications such as an Engineering Graduate, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or possess a Post Graduate/Graduate degree with an MBA/PGDIM from a reputable institute.
They should have at least five years of cumulative experience in Finance, Business Development, Production, Operations, Marketing, or Project Management within the last ten years, preferably in the Aluminium, Mining, or Metal Industry.
The candidate must be at least 45 years old and possess two years of residual service for internal candidates or three years for external candidates in relation to the superannuation age of 60 years. The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 370,000. Qualifications Details for NALCO Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Post Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute

Age Limit for NALCO Recruitment 2024
Employees eligible for internal promotion or transfer to a vacant position must meet certain age and service requirements. The age of superannuation is set at 60 years. For internal candidates, the minimum age requirement is 45 years, and they must have at least 2 years of residual service remaining in relation to the date of superannuation. For other candidates, the minimum age requirement is also 45 years, but they must have at least 3 years of residual service remaining in relation to the date of superannuation.
