Qualifications Details for MPSC Recruitment 2024
- A post-graduate degree in Statistics atleast in IInd class; OR A post-graduate degree in Demography or mathematics or Economics atleast in Second class followed by the Diploma of the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, or an equivalent qualification.
- Have received, after acquiring the qualifications mentioned above, training in Demography at the International Institute of Population Studies (previously D.P.R.C.), Bombay, or Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta or any other recognized Institute; and Have 5 years experience in Demography including Vital Statistics and Census after acquiring the qualification
- Provided that preference may be given to candidates who Possess qualification or experience in evaluation methods or both; Have received training or possess experience in population problem and family welfare program or both.

Selection Process for MPSC Recruitment 2024
- The educational qualification, experience etc. qualification mentioned in the advertisement is minimum and the candidate will not be eligible to be called for the interview as he/she holds the minimum qualification.
- If the number of applications received pursuant to the advertisement is in excess of what is reasonable as per the provisions of the Commission's Rules of Procedure and it is not convenient to interview all the qualified candidates who have submitted applications, the educational qualification and/or experience mentioned in the advertisement or any other appropriate criteria in order to limit the number of candidates for interview.
