• The Applicant should be an Indian national.
• Applicant should have a Master’s Degree or higher in Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration or MBA in Health Administration/Management.
• Two year’s experience as a Research/Consultant in relevant field.
• Good communication skills.  Good skills in English speaking and writing.
• Good knowledge in computers for preparing documents, presentations, datasheets etc.
• Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on the date of publication of application and he/she should be in good health.
• Work experience in related field with government/UN organization/INGOs etc.
• Problem solver and proficiency in English

Pay Scale for Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024

• The remuneration package will be commensurate with the experience and profile of the selected candidate, subject to a maximum of Rs.18 lakh per annum and deduction of applicable taxes. The amount of consultancy fee so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of engagement.
• The engagement will be strictly contractual and will not confer any other benefits to the selected candidates. The consultant shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the regular employees of the Ministry. No HRA shall be admissible.

Selection Process for Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024

• Ministry of External Affairs will review the applications and shortlist the candidates for interview. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email.
• The final selection will be based on their performance at the interview
• The decision of the Government regarding selection of candidate will be final
