The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, is set to publish the MH CET 5-year LLB final merit list for the third round on August 20, 2024. Candidates who participated in the third round of counselling can download the final merit list from the official State CET website at cetcell.mahacet.org. The merit list will be based on the marks secured by candidates in the entrance exam, and the MH CET Law rank list 2024 will be used for admissions in the MH CET Law Common Admission Process (CAP) rounds.

MH CET 5-year LLB Tie-breaking Process

In the event of a tie in the MH CET 5-year LLB entrance exam, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied:

1. Class 12 Exam Marks: Preference will be given to candidates with higher marks in their class 12 exams.

2. Board of Examination: Candidates who took the First Language Examination under the Marathi Board will be prioritized over those from other boards.

3. Best Five Subjects: For students who completed their class 12 under the CBSE or ICSE boards, the marks from their best five subjects will be considered.
