General Nursing & Midwifery Training(GNMT) School, Talcher invites application for engagement of 01 Principal I/C & 5 Sister tutors on Contractual Basis for an initial period of Eleven Months. The contract may be extended for another eleven months depending upon requirement and satisfactory performance.
The Principal In-Charge must hold an M.Sc. in Nursing with 15 years of experience, including 5 years in teaching, while Sister Tutors require either M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing Education with 10 years of experience, including 2 years in teaching. The appointed individuals will be stationed at the GNMT School in Talcher and will receive consolidated monthly remuneration. They will have limited leave entitlements and be provided with accommodation, subject to availability.
Termination of the contract, if necessary, can occur with one month's notice. The selected candidates will be evaluated through an interview process, and applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement's publication. The school reserves the right to modify the engagement process and will communicate primarily through email. Additionally, they may alter the number of vacancies. Pay Scale for MCL Recruitment 2024
During the eleven-month contractual period, candidates appointed as Principal or Sister Tutors at MCL's GNMT School in Talcher will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹97,820 per month for Principal and Sister Tutor In-charge, and ₹80,592 per month for Sister Tutors.
