The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the objection window for the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2024 answer key tomorrow, June 26. Candidates who took the exam and are dissatisfied with the provided solutions can submit their objections against the Karnataka DCET 2024 answer key via the official website, kea.kar.nic.in. To raise objections, candidates must log in using their registration number and date of birth, and provide supporting documents. Objections submitted without proper justification or supporting documents will not be considered by the examination authority.

Karnataka DCET Answer Key 2024 Marking scheme
Candidates can use the following marking scheme to calculate their probable scores in the Karnataka DCET 2024 exam:
- Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.
- No marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.
- No marks will be deducted for questions that were not attempted.
The Karnataka DCET 2024 exam was conducted on June 22 at various exam centers across the state. The exam took place from 2 pm to 5 pm in offline mode. It comprised a total of 100 objective-type questions, worth 100 marks.

Candidates must have passed diploma or equivalent exam from a recognized institution with a minimum 45% marks in 5th and 6th semesters combined. However, the minimum percentage marks for SC/ST candidates is 40%. |
Eligibility for B.E. Courses (Evening Engineering Institutions) |
Candidates must have passed diploma or equivalent exam from a recognized institution with a minimum 45% marks in 5th and 6th semester combined (40% in case of SC/ST candidates). In addition to this, candidates must have 2 years of relevant professional experience as on 1 September 2024. |
Eligibility for B.Arch First Year (Only in Day Engineering College) |
Candidates must have passed a diploma or equivalent exam from a recognized institute with 50% aggregate score in all the subjects of the final year along with 40% marks in NATA 2024. |
