The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for Class 6 admission will be conducted in two phases. The Phase 1 exam is scheduled for April 12, 2025, at 11:30 am, while the second phase will take place on January 18, 2025. Candidates can register for the JNVST 2025 for Class 6 admission by entering their registration number and date of birth.

According to the official notice, reservations for OBC candidates will be implemented as per the Central List, and those not included in the Central List should apply as General Candidates. The original deadline for submitting online applications was September 16, 2024, but it has now been extended to September 23.

Candidates can follow these steps to register for the JNVST 2025 Class 6:

1. Access the Official Website: Visit the application portal at cbseitms.rcil.gov.in. Stay updated through the official NVS site, navodaya.gov.in, in case the link changes.

2. Registration: Begin by registering with basic details such as the student's name, parents' names, and contact information.

3. Complete the Application Form: After registering, carefully fill out the application form, ensuring all information is accurate.

4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents, including the student’s photograph, caste certificate (if applicable), rural area certificate, and disability certificate (if applicable).

5. Pay the Fee: Pay the required application fee (a nominal amount) online using a debit/credit card or net banking.

6. Submit and Save: Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.

JNVST 2025 Admission: Required Documents

Candidates must submit the following scanned copies in JPG format before filling out the application:

• Candidate's Signature: (size: 10-100 KB)
• Parent's Signature: (size: 10-100 KB)
• Candidate's Photograph: (size: 10-100 KB)
• Certificate: Signed by both the parent and candidate, verified by the headmaster (size: 50-300 KB)
• Residence Certificate: Issued by a competent Government Authority, if the candidate does not possess an Aadhaar Number.
