The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi is seeking qualified candidates for several positions in two DBT-funded national network projects. For the "Development of Multi-domain reliable reproducible and robust (MR3) platform for Research in Bioinformatics," they are hiring two Project Research Scientists-III and two Project Technician Support-III positions.
The responsibilities involve developing data integration and gene expression analysis systems. Additionally, there are two Senior Research Fellow positions available for the "Development of Clinical Data Repository and Analysis Platform for Disease Detection and Prognosis," in collaboration with CSIR-NEIST, Jorhat. These roles entail studying transcriptome-based drug discovery and the role of DNA shape in target discovery.
Candidates for the Project Research Scientist-III positions must hold a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, while other positions require at least a Master’s degree in Science, preferably in Bioinformatics. Initial appointments are for six months, extendable based on fund availability. Applications should be submitted online by May 30, 2024. In case suitable SRF candidates are not found, appointments may be made at a postdoctoral or any suitable level based on the candidate’s credentials, as recommended by the selection committee. Qualifications Details for JNU Recruitment 2024
Eligibility and terms and conditions are as per DBT/ ICMR rules. Candidates for Project Research Scientist-III must hold a Ph. D. degree in Bioinformatics area at the time of interview. All other positions require at least a Master’s degree in Science (preferably in Bioinformatics)

- Project Technician Support-III @Rs 28,000+27% HRA per month
