The Indian Railways Finance Corporation Ltd. (IRFC) is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director (Commercial & Business Development) in Grade E-9 on a deputation basis in New Delhi. As a government enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, IRFC plays a crucial role in mobilizing funds from various sources for financing railway infrastructure projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of rolling stock assets and capacity augmentation projects, as well as fostering business development activities. Eligible candidates, preferably officers of Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) with experience in finance, accounting, and commercial activities, are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for IRFC Recruitment 2024
- Officers) of Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in the Level-14 (Pay scale 144200 - 218200) working with Ministry of Railways / other Ministries of Government of India.
- The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific area as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
- The officer should have relevant experience in Finance, Account functions, Commercial & Business Development Activities etc.
Pay Scale for IRFC Recruitment 2024
The position available is for Executive Director (Commercial & Business Development) in Grade E9. Applicants must not exceed the age limit of 55 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications. The salary and allowances for this grade will be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the IRFC HR Manual/DPE/Government of India Guidelines, as applicable for deputation.
