IRCTC's West Zone urgently requires one consultant, retired from the railways, to work at their Regional Office in Bhopal for a year. They must have experience in the operating/traffic department of Indian Railways and be up to 64 years old. Remuneration will be 50% of the last pay drawn at retirement, with no annual increment. Travel expenses for outstation assignments will be reimbursed. Qualifications Details for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
The ideal candidate for this position should be a retired railway official with experience in the Operating/Traffic Department of Indian Railways, such as Station Masters, Traffic Inspectors, Controllers, or Chief Yard Masters. Their primary responsibility will involve monitoring and coordinating with Zonal Railways, the Railway Board, and IRCTC offices concerning specialized train services and tourism products.
Age Limit for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
- IRCTC's West Zone is urgently seeking a consultant, retired from the railways, to fill a single position at their Regional Office in Bhopal.
- The engagement is for a one-year term, and applicants must be within the age limit of 64 years.
Pay Scale for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
- The remuneration of consultants shall be admissible arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the Pay drawn at the time of retirement. The remuneration should be fixed as 50% of the last pay. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract.
- There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. No increment and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract; with further instructions that "the word pay may be treated as a Basic Pay."
