IIT(ISM) Dhanbad is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow with one vacancy available. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 37,000/- along with a 16% House Rent Allowance (HRA), applicable if hostel accommodation is not provided. Applicants must hold an M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics and Computing, or equivalent disciplines, and must have qualified GATE in CS, EE, EC, or DA paper codes.
Basic knowledge of machine learning/deep learning and familiarity with Python programming language are desirable. The upper age limit for applicants is 28 years, with relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms.
Interested candidates should apply through email to PI (Prof. Ayan Das) at [email protected], with the deadline for applications set for 30 June 2024, 5:00 pm. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview details, which will be conducted either offline or online, and no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Candidates are advised to make their own arrangements for stay in Dhanbad, if required.
