IIT Roorkee is inviting applications from Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate-I for a consultancy/research project titled "Fabrication of 2D-Transition Metal Dichalcogenides based Devices for Optoelectronic Applications" under the supervision of Principal Investigator Vivek K Malik at the Institute's Instrumentation Center.
The project, sponsored by ER&lPR, DRDO, entails the fabrication and characterization of 2D materials based photodetector devices. The position requires a Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or NanoTechnology. The selected candidate will receive an emolument of 58,000 INR per month plus 9% HRA for a duration of one year, extendable until 21st December 2026.
Applicants must ensure their eligibility before appearing for the interview and should submit their applications along with detailed CV, copies of degree/certificates, and experience certificates either by email, post, or at the time of the interview.
