IIM Lucknow is inviting applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness. This opportunity is available for one position, with a maximum age limit of 40 years. The fellowship offers a salary of Rs. 80,000/- per month and includes accommodation provided by the institute, or Housing Rent Allowance (HRA) if on-campus accommodation is not available.
Eligible candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree or have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in fields related to happiness, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, subjective well-being, self-esteem, healing therapy, mindfulness, or related domains. Applicants should also have a strong academic record and proven research potential, with at least one A or two B category research papers published according to the ABDC 2022 listing or the institute's prevailing journal ranking system within the last two years.

Qualifications Details for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024
- Applicants must have a consistently good academic record and demonstrated research potential. Candidates with a Ph.D. Degree or who have submitted their thesis for the Ph.D. degree may also apply. The thesis must be on the topic related to happiness/positive psychology/ emotional intelligence /subjective wellbeing/ self-esteem/ healing therapy/mindfulness or related domains.
- The PDF applicant should have published at least one A or two B category (as per ABDC 2022 listing) research papers OR the prevailing journal ranking system at the institute in the past two years from the date of application.
