What are the tie-breaking rules followed in ICAR-IIHR Result 2024?

It operates under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and is ranked 1st by the ICAR for the combined years 2019-20 and 2020-21.
Established on September 5, 1967, in New Delhi, the IIHR was later relocated to Hesaraghatta, Karnataka, on February 1, 1968.
