The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) counseling window will close today, May 28, under the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat. Eligible applicants for the GUJCET program can apply for BE and BTech counseling through the official website, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. GUJCET 2024 Counselling & Seat Allotment Procedure
Step 1 - Registration and Counselling Form Submission: Candidates need to visit the official website to register for GUJCET 2024 counselling and seat allotment. During registration, basic details like name, father’s name, and mobile number are required. Following registration, an ACPC login will be generated.
Step 2 - Detailed Application Form Submission: After registration, candidates must fill the detailed application form, providing personal, academic, and competitive exam details, including GUJCET 2024/JEE Main application number. Additionally, all required documents must be uploaded.
Step 3 - Merit List Release: Authorities will publish the GUJCET 2024 provisional merit list based on candidates' marks in GUJCET/JEE Main.
Step 4 - Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is based on GUJCET 2024/JEE Main scores. Candidates can view their GUJCET seat allotment 2024 result by logging in with their User ID and password. Allotted candidates must freeze their seats by paying the required fee online or offline (at Kotak Mahindra Bank). The admission slip will be generated post payment.
Candidates unsatisfied with their allotment can participate in further rounds of GUJCET 2024 counselling.
Step 5 - Reporting at Allotted Institutes: Candidates must report to their allotted institute post fee payment. Alongside, they must present required documents such as admission slips, payment receipt/challan, information letters, etc.
